I am not going to mess with you any longer. Not worth it! My time is too valuable to deal with someone who will not or can not read. I feel sorry for you.
Your truth is only what you can cherry pick, out of context. I doubt you have ever read this or the rest of the citations in their total.

LMAO, first Cakes says ""your Doctor cannot legally even get that information."
When asked for a citation, get this, Cakes posts links to several editorials and stories. But the one I like the best is "Mama Jones"! ROFLMAO! There even Jones proves Cakes wrong! Jones says and I quote "doctors in Pennsylvania can access information about chemicals used in natural gas extraction", now how or where does that say doctors cannot legally get the information??? Cakes, this is a classic example of how realizing...
The truth shall set you free!!!

LOL, you're the one that said medical personnel Cakes!
And no, there are a great many smart folks posting here, they are the ones that speak the truth as well. They have realized that the truth shall set them free! You really should use some prudence in your searches for information, then you would find that all medical personnel, including the doctors you claim are not, have complete AND legal access to the information. Maybe you should find a citation that shows that "your Doctor cannot legally even get that information." I'd love to see that one!
The truth SHALL set you free!!!

My Gawd Pop! Don't you know the difference between Emergency Personnel, generally EMT's, and Doctors. Do your homework..try Google or Bing to get your truth straight. Until then hold your tongue!
Do you think everyone is stupid Jose?

LOL, now Cakes thinks doctors are not medical personnel!
In one breath you admit the fact that the information, by law, MUST be released to doctors, then in the next breath you claim doctors can only get the information illegally. My, my, what a tangled web you weave...
The truth, and only the truth, shall set you free!!!

You see Pop, FracFocus is only as good or complete as Big Oil makes it. To believe that it is all encompassing of all fracking chemicals is incredibly naive'. We sooo believe each and every word from Big Oil's mouth!
The Right to Know Act is overseen by the EPA. We also know that they have not done a stellar job of preventing fracking chemical issues.
"under law, that information must be released to response and medical personnel in case of an emergency." Yes, but think of this.
You have been poisoned by a fracking chemical release in your town, you are on the way to the hospital by ambulance. Now how long will it take your hospital to get the chemical composition of those fracking chemical from Big Oil so you can be treated??? It gets better....Courtesy of big Oil your Doctor cannot legally even get that information. What do you do...die?
Oh, wait, your family can sue Big Oil.

PDQBlues "Maybe it's time that the American people are truthfully told all chemicals used in fracking. Full disclosure is long overdue." ============================================= Not sure what you want PDQ, since all ingredients used in hydraulic fracturing are and have been available to the public.
You see, none of the additives used in the fracturing process are hidden from public view. This is because operators are bound by law in the Community Right-to-Know Act that was passed in 1986. The law mandates that detailed product information sheets be drawn up, updated, and made immediately available to first-response and emergency personnel in case of an accident on-site.
And on top of that the U.S. Department of Energy and the Ground Water Protection Council created FracFocus.org. This is a publicly accessible nationwide database with specific well-by-well information on the additives used in the fracturing process.
Now there are some rare cases where proprietary information is not listed by percentage amounts but even then, under law, that information must be released to response and medical personnel in case of an emergency. emergency or not, companies still disclose the general name of the constituent in question, its common industrial uses, and even the volumes at which it is being deployed.

I love the oil production and the economic impact from increased industry drilling for it but we cannot contaminate our water supply. I fear these incidents will be more frequent as fracking increases.

If I lived 1500 feet from a fracking wastewater well, I'd move. If that wastewater gets into the house, what are you going to do? The house would probably be declared unsafe due to the health hazard.

At some time this "garbage" will come out. History repeats itself. Keep out water clean. We need water to drink, not put into the ground.
Numberous rivers and lakes across country have lower levels than 70 years ago. Where Mexico had rivers, they have dry river beds.
Keep our water above ground and clean!
