Portman said that America's goal should be to produce more energy, but use less. He said that shale oil, and fracking, will help create over 200,000 jobs in Ohio.

Portman also blames the Obama administration for slowing down federal loan guarantees to USEC to help fuel about three dozen...

I'd rather see Ohio impose regulations on the dumping of the mystery fracking sauce. right now it's all coming here from across the nation and the Governor is on record saying there's nothing we can do about it.

If Fracking increases USA jobs, gives employees a decent-livable wage, provides stockholders faith and security, provides resources to do an OSHA-safe job, and is family oriented I'm all for it.
