Everyone can have a one too many. Family and friends should take a more serious, more aggressive role in stoping their impaired friend drive. When it comes to this issue I believe it is everyone's else responsibility to stop their friends for driving, even for one mile.

Most people just believe they are smarter than the rest, and unfortunately nothing will stop them form being a danger to the rest of us.. Also unfortunate that these idiots rarely hurt themselves, but often kill the innocent..

Don't need to do this as a resolution as it is the way I live every day. Mine is to fix up my classic and make it shine shine shine.

How about stronger penalties for first time offenders, how about for a first time offense, a mandatory one year in jail and lose your drivers license for five years.
