As long as only those who receive the benefits, it is OK with me that they take the risks. No big thing, it is NIMBY. That was totally tongue in cheek. What a sad state of affairs it is that so many people want fracking, as long as it is someplace else, as long as someone else has to suffer the consequences, people just do not care. People want the Keystone Pipeline, just not under their property. YUCK!

Good Morning, you are pumped!!

It was and is paperwork for government employees. I told them time and again..let us do your work and save you millions...per month...they just could not get it. They had to Spend the money - so they could get the amount next years budget. They could care less...and did many times. We would outbid the next bidder by 50k on a 110k project that was 5 miles from them and we were 3-4 states away. And still made lots of money on it and met all requirements of government contracts.

You are right about the government being outdated. They attempt to squeeze to much out of stuff, creating more issues and problems on staff using their mandated equipment. Whereas if they'd upgrade sooner the efficiency of the new equipment would save everyone lots of time, money, headaches, and too many other things to mention. Allowing some free market into the government can only help lubricate the projects as well as the system.
