A GasBuddy that posts maximum points each day will get to their next car level sooner than a GasBuddy that post only 5 gas prices each day! For example: A GasBuddy posting maximum points each day takes about 32 days less for each 100k points than a GasBuddy that this is only posting 5 gas prices each day! The difference is about 128 days sooner (a little over 4 months) from 100k to 500k points for those GasBuddies posting maximum points each day! Posting gas prices each day can really help each of us see where the best gas deals are located, and it's really a big help to the tens of thousands of GBs and especially to those that travel! It's always nice seeing GBs come back to post gas prices as often as they can though! It takes a lot of dedication and persistence to climb the GasBuddy ladder to each level, but thousands of GBs do it each day! Many GBs average more than 750 points each day, getting to their next level much sooner! But 90% or more of new GBs will not make it to their 1st red car (1M points), most of the more than 8,000,000 GBs quit before they even get close, or just post a few gas prices occasionally, in other words, a part time GB, but still moving up slowly towards that 1M points!
